Boxing pad work, and 2 year anniversary
It’s been 2 years since I started Boxing with Michael and I absolutely love the sport. It’s so fun and technical and Michael is a great coach. It’s the only fitness activity that I’ve been able to consistently train at without getting bored and giving up. I feel like I’m improving all the time, whilst simultaneously realising that I don’t know anything!
I’m hoping to take the next step and have a White Collar Boxing match in 2024. But realistically that’s not going to happen unless I can lose about 2 stone first.
Here’s some new training footage, we’re just working on movement and coordination. This was one of my first sessions back after a couple of weeks off with injury, so I was struggling with my fitness quite a bit during this session.
