Boxing Progress, Jan 2023

I’ve been training with Michal, a local boxing coach for around 16 months. I started off training once a week, but over the past 6 months I’ve upped it to twice a week as it’s such an effective and enjoyable workout.

I would love to take part in a White collar boxing match at some point in the future, although I’ve set myself a few milestones to hit first, such as losing 3 stone and running a half marathon.
